Waxing Course

Despite numerous other ways of removing hair being invented waxing is still the most popular method of hair removal and has stood the test of time. It is a ‘bread and butter’ treatment for any beauty therapist, with popularity increasing during party season in the winter and holiday season in the spring/summer.

The theory sessions are all taught face to face and cover, different methods of hair removal, related health, safety and hygiene, consultation, products, equipment, timing, client advice as well as anatomy and physiology relating to the skin and hair. You will be provided with a detailed workbook to help you with your learning and for future reference.

The practical sessions cover setting up the area, preparing and positioning the client and waxing the following areas: full leg and bikini line, underarm, eyebrow, lip and chin.

You will be advised on what to buy and how to get started as a waxing therapist.

All products and equipment are provided in house for your learning needs.

Course Cost £200

Course Duration 8 hours (1 day)

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, remaining balance can be paid on the day.
